Spiritual Care Planning
This workshop offers an opportunity to reflect on how your spiritual values and dharma practice can guide your care at end of life and through the dying process.
Using the Spiritual Care Directive, you will identify and document what matters most to you spiritually, including practices, teaching, rituals, teachers, and community support you may wish to have present before, during, and after death.
By putting your wishes into words, you can help those caring for you understand how to support your practice and honour your spiritual intentions at end of life.
