Transition & Post-Mortem Arrangements

This workshop offers a thoughtful and practical approach to planning for the time surrounding your death and what happens afterwards.  We will explore the choices you can make in advance including care of your body after death, funeral or memorial ceremonies, burial, and other disposition options; and the people you would like involved.

By considering and documenting your wishes ahead of time, you can help ensure that your values and preferences are understood while providing clear guidance for those who will care for you and make arrangements after your death.
